Sale/Clearance Return & Exchange Policy (Effective February 26th, 2020)

All sale and clearance items are considered 'final sale' and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please be mindful of this upon purchasing any sale or clearance item.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Products with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

It may take up to 3 days after your return has arrived back at our warehouse for a refund to be processed for you. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it can take up to 48 hours for a refund to appear in your account once processed. 

If it does not appear after 48 hours, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

As a last resort, please contact your bank to see if there is an issue.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please complete the contact form at the bottom of this page with subject title "QUESTIONS"

Allow 2-3 days for your exchange to be processed.

To return your product, you should e-mail with subject of the e-mail titled "RETURN."

You will then be sent a FREE RETURN shipping label via e-mail. 

****If you are an international customer returning an item you will need to pay for your own shipping for a refund or exchange. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
